I find, when I try to reflect on myself, that I am (and as are most people) very complicated and filled with contradiction. I love to travel and see places and meet people, but at the same time I have a fear of people borne of an extreme case of shyness. I prefer to travel with companions, to help fend off the feelings of alienation which natives sometimes seem so intent on fostering.
I haven't done much in the way of travelling, but I've seen some wonderful things. And been the victim and participant in other things. Below are some links to the stories about my trips.

I have this fantasy of travelling around with purpose, but the truth is that I need guidance. I wander aimlessly. I thought it would be cool to have people write letters about things to do in places, and leave them with the Postmaster for General Delivery. Or maybe I'll write the letters myself, and come up with a "mission" that people could carry out, like that MTV show. That would be kinda cool.
