We can never take passion to too far an extreme. Passion and extremism are the hallmarks of youth and casting these off is to accept the twin shackles of wisdom and reserve. Let me stay young and foolish, driving through the warm LA nights, swimming in the sensuous breath of the wind in my hair and a wonderful song on the radio.

Pursuing passion is an art of sorts, and I suffer for my sins along this direction, though all of it is deserved. I am afflicted with insomnia, which is painful when I have a schedule I'm trying to keep. When I'm allowed to free-wheel and stay awake all night, I think about all sorts of things, and have picked up some overly cerebral hobbies from my friends.

"Dedicated" is a misunderstanding; "absorbed" sits better and more accurately defines the lack of boundaries in this little picture. I would be afraid to list everything I actually worked on, and it's no joke that I held six jobs the summer after my graduation. And when you run out of causes to believe in, you can either get depressed or make up your own.
